Can you believe it. I have run out of bandwidth twice this month. Been capped twice, had to purchase bandwidth twice. This is costing me a fortune.

Problem is, I cannot prove or disprove that it was indeed me that used up all the bandwidth. I go to the telkomsa.net site, and do an audit trail. All I get is a list of download amounts, but the location address is some proxy server of Telkom, 196.43.27.43.
This a portion what the report looks like.

Can any one tell me how this is an audit report? I can tell nothing from it. All I know is that stuff is downloaded from the same location all the time. There is no way to say what website it was from.
In order for me to see why I have used so much bandwidth I would need to see what has been downloaded. I would need to agree on sites visited. But when it comes from a proxy, then that's impossible.
Because Telkom reassigns IP addresses every day, there is no way of telling if the allocated IP address is actually yours. Unless you physically keep a track of that. So you have no way of knowing if your account has been hacked. How do you prove that?
Also how do you prove or disprove that Telkom is just not defrauding you. There is no way to actually say, yes this is my data I downloaded. Telkom could just be stealing money from me, and in ignorance I buy, and buy, and buy.
I e-mailed Telkom on many occasions. But no reply. Who do we complain to? How do we get service, any service will help?
So I eventually installed FreeProxy, in a hope to monitor internet usage, and compare data. Hopefully I will be able to say either way, yes it was me that used up all the bandwidth, or no it wasn’t.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Let me know won’t you.
