Why I started blogging? Interesting question to answer as i had always wanted to write and connect with a countless people out there and share news, ideas and what ever there is to share. I somehow never found satisfaction though and it was never rewarding. But it changed when i graduated and was looking for a job [like any other fresh graduate].
A few things:
I hated traditional jobs
The only job i got was in a bank and there is nothing more hateful than a bank
While I was set to join a bank in a few days i got a call from Start-up Meme's founders as they had seen my writings on Facebook and Orkut plus a resume that just talked about Writing and blogging. They made an offer and it gave me an excuse to quit the bank and do what i loved. I have been doing this since May 2008 and it has rewarded me big time.
It has me up-to-date on the latest stir online - keeps me connected to every conversation that i want to be a part of and more importantly has added the most vital aspect to my Resume - a better understanding of the Web.
