A very difficult question to ask because I never can tell what answers to expect? Never the less I am going to ask it. Am I good or am I bad? More specifically it’s about my blog, my writing style site design etc. Any good leader needs to often look to himself to see if he is improving. Self evaluation is critical. But often a very biased view result from that. The hardest thing to accept is criticism from outside sources. Especially if that criticism is not what you are expecting. But I’m going to clench my teeth and accept constructive criticism. |

I came across an interesting post on one of the blogs I frequent. It posed the question, Do Women Blog better? what separates women from men in blogging. First I kind of thought, wow that's a bit sexist. Then after reading I got the idea. Men and women have different characters and different natures. So it’s conceivable one could use that to ones advantage. |
